Who are we?
We're more than just an artisanal treat company—we’re a Catholic family passionate about sharing our values through the joy of food. Our mission is to create delicious, handcrafted biscotti and treats that bring people together.
The name behind our parent company, LFMH, LLC, stands for "Land Flowing with Milk and Honey", symbolizing the abundant blessings we receive from God. This name reflects our deep love for Him, as we take joy in knowing that everything we create and share comes from His hand and that he has a marvelous paradise prepared for us when we join him after this pilgrimage.
Our why
Through every treat we create, our goal is to offer a small taste of goodness that connects people, sparks conversation, and brings the world a little closer—one bite at a time. We believe that something as simple as a sweet treat can become a symbol of hospitality and generosity helping us share love and light not only during special ocassions, but also in our everyday lives.
The beginning
Nutty Biscotti, our flagship product, started in our home kitchen over 2 decades ago. In 2020 our founder finally turned her passion for baking into a business, and what began as gifts for friends and family, quickly grew into a thriving operation, leading us to move into a commercial kitchen where we now bake our biscotti and treats inspired by traditional recipes from all over the world to offer to cafes, restaurants, and retail stores.
Now
Our journey didn't stop there. With the addition of our brand, Treat Trek, we’ve expanded into a range of handcrafted treats inspired by flavors from around the world. Each one is a celebration of different cultures, made to bring people together in joy and nostalgia. We love paying homage to global recipes with our own chef-inspired twists.
We’re also excited to offer gluten-free options, crafted with the same care and creativity, ensuring more friends can enjoy our delicious treats. Please note that our gluten-free options are made with gluten-free flour, in a shared kitchen. Although we take the necessary precautions, we cannot guarantee an environment free of cross-contamination.
