Welcome to LFMH, LLC, where passion, quality, and purpose converge to create sweet delights that will leave you craving more. LFMH, LLC, stands for "Land flowing with milk and honey," inspired by Exodus 3:8. Our name reflects the promise we find in God and our love for Him, as well as for each other. We take joy in knowing that all our blessings come from Him, and we trust in His perfect plan for us.

We are a woman-owned, small family business based in Ypsilanti, Michigan. Our brand was born out of Claudia Morales' passion for the creative world of fine cooking. After earning her bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Claudia followed her heart and attended the prestigious California Culinary Academy. It was during her time working at fine dining establishments in California that she fell in love with the art of crafting biscotti. Over the years, Claudia's recipes evolved, becoming her family's cherished gift. Their friends, family, and coworkers adored these biscotti so much that they started requesting them as special gifts for their loved ones. Through life's twists and turns, Nutty Biscotti has spread joy across several countries.

After two decades of delighting family and friends with her biscotti, and even a successful stint in stores in Guatemala City, Claudia, our chef-owner, decided to take the leap and turn her passion into a full-time business. This journey allows her to share her treasured biscotti with the world and enables her children, her budding entrepreneurs, to learn about the exciting world of business alongside her.

The overwhelming interest in Nutty Biscotti has been truly remarkable! We are thrilled to share that we outgrew our humble home kitchen within the first 8 months of operation, and have now relocated to an incubator commercial kitchen. This exciting move allows us to expand our reach and bring our treasured creations to even more people through retail stores, restaurants, cafes, and special orders.

At Nutty Biscotti, all of our creations are almond-based, but we take pride in adding a twist of creativity with different flavor combinations. We are constantly evolving and striving to keep your palate excited with our ever-expanding variety. 

In early 2023, we embarked on a journey to research and develop a Gluten-Free version, and we are delighted to now offer this option for those with dietary preferences. Rest assured, we take the necessary precautions to avoid cross-contamination, although it's important to note that we work in a shared space with shared equipment.

And now we introduce you to Treat Trek – a captivating range of handcrafted global treats that unite us in wonder, joy, and nostalgia. We aim to pay homage to various cultures with chef-inspired interpretations of traditional recipes from around the world and we invite you to join our exciting journey.
